1tbsp chia seeds

1tbsp hemp hearts

1tbsp ground flax seeds

¼ cup of oats

1 cup of almond milk

½ cup of berries

½ cup of mango

1tbsp of pumpkin seeds


1. In a mason jar add the chia seeds ,hemp seeds, ground flax seeds and oats.

2. Add ¾ cup of the almond milk.
