I am here to help you on your journey to a more balanced life. People often think it is too hard, or too late, or there isn’t enough time, or they don’t know how, but it is never too late to take care of your health.

Using the categories below, I would like you to rate them from 1-10, 1 being very dissatisfied with this area of your life, and 10 being very satisfied.
You can do this exercise as often as you want. It should bring clarity for you to decide which areas of your life are not balanced and what you need to work on to find balance.
You don’t need to work on all areas at once. Pick one that you want to work on now and see how that goes before tackling another; this way, it will not become overwhelming.

How much do you know about nutrition?
What level of stress do you have at a) home b) at work
Are you concerned about your weight?
Do you feel you get enough sleep daily?
Do you have a good support system of family and friends?
