Dr. Oza has practiced family medicine for 30+ years. She was born in India, and moved to England at the age of 8. She grew up and studied in England, graduating from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School, University of London. She completed training in Family Medicine/General Practice and practiced as a GP in London/Essex before moving to Canada. There, she trained at University of Western Ontario and Women’s College Hospital, and has worked as a Family Physician in Toronto, Ontario. She has completed courses in Lifestyle Medicine and Healthy Living/Healthy Kitchen through Harvard Medical School and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has also completed her American Board of Lifestyle Medicine Certification. She is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) and certified by the College of Family Physicians (Canada). She is passionate about improving quality of life through healthy eating and believes in following a whole food plant-based diet.
