Almost half way through the year, it's time to rejuvenate, relax and empower ourselves to be the best, healthiest versions of ourselves for the remainder of the year!
We know how precious your weekends are, we also know how important your health is. With our busy day-to-day lives we understand that pursuing a healthy lifestyle seems daunting, or even impossible. However, we assure your that it's not as hard as it may seem. It can even be fun! Our Mindful Medicine team wants to empower you to take control of your life by inspiring, educating and supporting you through a relaxing day retreat.
A full day at Mindful Medicine where you will take part in a healthy living and nutrition workshop, hands-on cooking skills seminar, fitness class, whole food plant-based themed meal and relaxation techniques such as yoga/meditation and art therapy!
(all activities optional of course!)

Note: No prior experience with yoga, art, music needed! Activities are catered towards everyone with any level of skill/ability.
For a full day of relaxation, education & fun we are charging $100.00 including HST per person.
