INGREDIENTS:

1 cup kale, washed

1 cup spinach, washed

½ small avocado

2 dates, pitted

1-2 cups of water

2 tbsp walnuts

1 tbsp hemp hearts

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a powerful blender, I like the vitamix.

Blend until well blended approx. 1-2 minutes
