Being Grateful is Healthy

Today is thanksgiving holiday for our American neighbours. I would like to wish them all a very happy & healthy thanksgiving.

I also want all of us here in Canada to think about what thanksgiving means to you.

What does gratitude mean to you?

 

well.. it's what you're thankful

 

There are many studies in the literature which show an association between gratitude and a person's well-being.

 

Gratitude is  a way to appreciate what we presently have in our lives rather than always searching for more.

 

Here is my call to action for you today.

 

Start a gratitude journal.

 

 

Every evening I want you to write down 3 things you are grateful for that day!

Keep going daily & see if you have cultivate gratitude.

 

I am so grateful for having the opportunity to have you all in my life and to be able to help  you on your journey, whatever that may be.
